MAHOGANY WALK

Is a community-based walking program which seeks to promote increased levels of physical activity. Participants learn about various health disparities and how to eliminate and improve their quality life through the use of community and physical activity. Participants may decrease the risk factors related to ethnicity, social and economic factors and sedentary lifestyles.

Benefits of a Morning Walk:

Walking at least 30 minutes a day can Improve your mood, increase your energy, help fight diabetes, reduce the risk of heart disease, and clear your mind.

Motivation Monday

Come One, come All! Join us as we get moving for Motivation Monday! We will step off at Travassos Park in Fall River, MA at 5:30pm.

During this 30 minute walk we will discuss our goals for the week while increasing our physical fitness and building community by meeting like minded people looking to build community, get healthy and have fun!
