Is a community-based walking program which seeks to promote increased levels of physical activity. Participants learn about various health disparities and how to eliminate and improve their quality life through the use of community and physical activity. Participants may decrease the risk factors related to ethnicity, social and economic factors and sedentary lifestyles.
We’re looking for passionate individuals to help lead Mahogany Walks and inspire others to live healthier, more active lives. As a Walking Leader, you’ll lead participants during their walking and empower your community to take charge of their well-being.
